Here’s what we have so far: The recipe has the chicken chunks in one layer—which means you keep the mixture to an extreme level during cooking (even while you’re serving it), making this dish the perfect balance.

A handful is worth a teaspoon. You can make this with a spoon or on a spoon—one scoop for each quart with a spoon. We prefer to substitute a little water in the form of a drop of your favorite lemon juice to keep the lemon juice more stable.

We also use chicken to make the chicken chilis. These chilis are made by hand with a variety of ingredients: onion, garlic, tomato powder, and spices—so make sure to mix them to your taste.

To make egg chilis:

3 cups chicken broth

4 large eggs

1/2 cup honey, divided (to taste)

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1 large onion, seeded and sliced

1 garlic clove, seeded and sliced

6 tbs. salt, for taste

2 Tbs. cayenne pepper

Add chicken to pan and cook over medium heat until chicken is lightly cooked through. Add the water and the onion and cook until browned, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let it cook on low for 2 minutes. Add the eggs and honey and cook on low for 4 minutes
